Congratulations to our M&A team, including Steven Lipstein, Victoria Baylin, Penny Somer-Greif, Alexa Gordon, Alexandra Smyrnios, and Jon Monna, on the successful closing of the merger between Brag House Holdings and House of Doge, the official corporate arm of the Dogecoin Foundation. The transaction resulted in House of Doge becoming a Nasdaq-listed public company under the ticker symbol HODO. In today's challenging listing environment, successfully obtaining Nasdaq clearance and bringing a transaction of this profile across the finish line is a significant accomplishment.
This was not an easy transaction and required a significant amount of time, attention to detail, and perseverance to work through the issues that came up along the way. Congratulations to the team on another successful deal and an outstanding result for our client.

June 2026 marked a notable slowdown in the microcap IPO market following May's rebound, with just one IPO pricing during the month compared to seven in June 2025. The lone transaction was completed by a domestic issuer, continuing the recent shift away from foreign private issuers. While IPO activity remained limited, one uplisting/cross-listing highlighted the continued use of alternative pathways to the public markets. Overall, June reinforced that while opportunities remain, successful transactions continue to favor well-prepared companies capable of meeting today's increasingly rigorous listing standards.
